1.Preheat the oven to 180 Degrees Celsius
2.Pour self-raising flour, caster sugar, milk, lightly beaten egg, melted butter, chocolate chips and coconut into a large bowl. Stir until smooth.
3.Spoon mixture into muffin holes until 3/4 full, bake for 15- 20 minutes until the surface is hard
4.Melt the block of Cadbury chocolate, spread onto muffins
5.Lightly sprinkle with coconut and sprinkles
6.Bake for another five minutes
