At first when I did my muffin assessment, I was a bit nervous but thanks to my friends, I eventually got more confident and enjoyed it. My first idea for the muffins was to put chocolate chips inside and bake and then when it's finished I would cut it in half and spread cream on it and then sprinkle the top with sprinkles, but Mrs George said we couldn't have cream so instead I came up with the idea of melted chocolate. My partner Julia made her muffin before me and there wasn't enough time so when I made mine, we were anxious and scared there wouldn't be enough time, but at the end it turned out all right.
